The station is an online radio stream for listening, chat, mixes, and music discovery. We aim to use music lawfully and keep track information clear where the stream provider supplies it.
If copyrighted or commercial music is broadcast, the station should have the right permissions or licences for that use. In the UK this may include music licensing for recordings, performers, songwriters, composers, and publishers.
By sending demos, mixes, jingles, or station material, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to share it with us. You also give Weedy Garage Radio permission to review it and, if accepted, stream it as part of station programming.
If you believe your music, artwork, mix, or other content is being used incorrectly, please contact us with the track or content name, artist, date or page link, proof that you can act for the rights holder, and the action you would like us to take.
A DJ uploading artwork with a slot request confirms they created it or have permission to use it. They allow Weedy Garage Radio to display that image with the booking and public schedule. Artwork can be rejected or removed if rights or safety concerns arise.
The site is for listening to the stream and supporting the music. Please do not rip, record, copy, re-upload, sell, or redistribute music from the station without the correct permission.
This page is a station policy and information page. It is not legal advice and does not replace proper music licensing, professional advice, or direct permission from rights holders where required.
